Do you take orders by phone?

  • We do understand that customers may wish to make orders by phone however our online orders always get priority.

  • Please note that we do not take phone orders for less than £10.

Have you received my order?

  • When you successfully place an order online you will get a transaction email from WorldPay within a few minutes providing you gave a valid email address. We will send you a confirmation email when we dispatch your order. This is usually within one working day. Please check your email account regularly as we will communicate any problems with your order via email.

    If you have not received any emails from WorldPay and did not see a 'Thank You' screen it is most probable your order has not been placed

I'm in the UK. When will my parcel arrive?

  • Most UK parcels are shipped by first class mail or courier within one working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver more than 90% of First Class letters by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed.

    Express Delivery for guaranteed next working day delivery in the UK only can be added in your shopping basket.

    Delivery aims for the rest of the world are as follows:

    Western Europe 2 working days
    Outside Europe 4 working days

    You should receive an email when you place your order and when the order is shipped if you have given a valid email address.

I'm in the USA, When will my parcel arrive?

  • Parcels are shipped by Air Mail usually within one working day.
    Delivery aims for the USA are 4 - 10 working days.
    We offer no Express Delivery to the USA

  • Everything we stock is available on the website. We regret we are unable to help with single items which are not listed. Try using the search box in the top right of every page to find what you are looking for.

How much does it cost to send it to the USA?

You can see the price in US dollars or Euros and the cost of shipping by putting the items of your choice in the online basket and using the drop down lists on the Grand Total and Country of Delivery boxes.

Do you offer goods wholesale?

  • No, we are not distributors so cannot offer the goods from our website wholesale and we regret we are unable to divulge details of our suppliers.
